Hello magic maker

At the end of 2022 I visualised what this year would be like & my word for the year was Impact, because I thought that this is the year to put everything I know into action & move towards building a better world. The strange thing about choosing a word like impact is that we subconsciously put pressure on ourselves & it changes the way we show up in the moment - we might even end up doing less. If our attention goes to "what" we want the impact or result to be we can't focus on being in the moment & actually adding value.

We won't know what the impact of what we are doing will be ...until is done. So I think I am going to make a mid year change to my word from Impact to Be.

"I wanted to make history & inspire the human family. I don't believe in limits, the moment you tell your mind "I'm not able to do this," miracles cannot happen. " What an incredible human being. This is not really a documentary about running it's about the power of human potential and the collective.
